PLEASE NOTE(T&C'S):

Booking and Payment

 - A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid to making booking.

 - The balance must be paid before the all deliverables are delivered.

 - Consultation and theme discussions will only begin after the booking has been confirmed.

Packages and Customization

 - Packages do not include props or set builds.

 - Packages can be tailored to suit the client's needs (e.g., more photos, extended shooting time, extra hours, etc.).

Liability and Refunds

 - If photographic materials are damaged during processing, lost through camera malfunction, stolen, or otherwise lost/damaged without fault on the part of the photographer, a reshoot or a full refund can be discussed.

Delivery

 - Final digital images/videos will be delivered within 7-18 working days unless otherwise agreed.

Location and Additional Fees

 - Location sessions must be within Accra.

 - Shots outside of Accra will be re-evaluated in terms of time, transportation, and logistics.

Copyright and Usage Rights

 - We retain the copyright of the photographs.

 - The client is granted unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which they have paid.
