PLEASE NOTE(T&C'S):

Booking and Payment

 - A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid to book a session.

 - The balance must be paid before the photos are delivered.

 - Consultation and theme discussions will only begin after the booking has been confirmed.

Packages and Customization

 - Packages do not include props or set builds.

 - Props and set building are available on request for an additional fee.

 - Clients may also provide their own props for the shoot.

 - Packages can be tailored to suit the client's needs (e.g., more photos, extended shooting time, larger family size, etc.).

Liability and Refunds

 - If photographic materials are damaged during processing, lost through camera malfunction, stolen, or otherwise lost/damaged without fault on the part of the photographer, a reshoot or a full refund can be discussed.

Delivery

 - Final digital images will be delivered within 7-10 working days unless otherwise agreed.

 - Express Delivery: Express delivery comes with an extra charge starting from GHC 300 and above, depending on the number of deliverables.

 - If the client refuses to pay for express delivery after the shoot, and the delivery time is close to when they need their photos, only a few photos will be delivered immediately, with the rest delivered later.

Location and Additional Fees

 - Location sessions must be within Accra.

 - Shots outside of Accra will be re-evaluated in terms of time, transportation, and logistics.

 - Studio setup on location can be requested for an additional fee.

Copyright and Usage Rights

 - We retain the copyright of the photographs.

 - The client is granted unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which they have paid.
